      Organizational design

      A competitive organizational architecture is fed by corporate strategy: how can the structure most effectively help to implement strategy? The performance of the whole organization is at stake.

      I focus on:

      • Evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of the existing organizational structure
      • Designing new models to improve organizational performance – usually together with the management team
      • Evaluating the new challenges leaders will face as a team and in their individual roles within the new architecture and helping them develop strategies to overcome them
      • Helping to get the newly designed structure take off and get into action
